This trip is a little further afield that we usually go to but it sounds like wonderful new place for us to visit. I was told the huge water lilies are great to view in late September. Temperatures should be warm but manageable. We will leave from the side of Heritage Hall at 8:00 and drive up. Members will be able to view the gardens until 12:30 and then we will do a lunch before coming back home. Plan on a longer day for this. We can carpool up so don’t worry about getting up there if you don’t want to drive that far. The tickets are 10.00 and you can get your ticket up at the garden. Remember the usual-sunglasses, sun protection, good shoes, water and umbrella. The drive up there is around two hours. (Please help out your driver with gas and toll money)
