Letters from past recipients
Garden Club – I don’t think I can thank you enough for this scholarship. It will come to great use while I’m in college.
I would like to thank you for selecting me as a recipient for your scholarship this year. I assure you that the money you have given me will be put to good use as I go to college to further my education. This money means a lot to me, as I have another sister who is currently at college, which puts a financial strain on my family. Thanks to your generosity I am able to attend college, without considerably adding to the financial strain that is on my family. Today the competitiveness of jobs has made it vital to have a college degree in order to achieve a successful career. Thanks to Garden Club of Celebration’s support I will be able to attend college and hopefully attain one of these competitive, yet successful career opportunities. Without kind donors such as you, it would be extremely difficult for students like myself to continue their dream of furthering their education and attending college. Once again, I would like to offer my sincerest thanks to all members of Garden Club who decided to choose me as the recipient of your scholarship – MW.
We would like to thank you for your generous support of students at the University of Florida. Your commitment to higher education is greatly appreciated – SJ.
Dear Members of the Celebration Garden Club, I would like to thank you all once again for awarding me the scholarship. This is just one of the ways that the Garden Club enriches the town we all live in. Keep doing what you’re doing and if the Garden Club ever needs help with anything, please call me – DM.
